FEMA National Integration Center Strategic Resources Group (NIC SRG)
FEMA’s National Integration Center (NIC) uses this Community to ensure collaboration with its Strategic Resources Group (SRG). The NIC-SRG is comprised of local, state, tribal, territorial and federal practitioners and subject matter experts who augment the NIC’s capability to develop, maintain, and/or revise national preparedness doctrine, policy, supporting guidance, and best practices. Notably, products from the NIC relate to the implementation of Resource Typing and Credentialing (job title/position qualifications), two fundamental tenets of the National Incident Management System (NIMS), in support of sustaining and delivering the National Preparedness System and National Preparedness Goal. 85

FEMA Region III Interstate Mutual Aid Initiative
Region III is initiating an effort to develop a regional interstate mutual aid process to ensure that needed resources are efficiently, effectively and responsibly secured when needed. We are partnering with the IAFC and the states in this initiative We are facilitating this important document in furtherance of supporting FEMA RIII citizens and first responders. 6

FEMA Region IV NRIA SLSC Collaboration
FEMA Region IV NRIA SLSC Collaboration Community is a community established to provide an easily accessible, secure portal to support collaboration and information exchange among the Senior Leadership Steering Committee of the Region IV NRIA planning effort. Membership is limited to those on the Steering Committee, by invitation only, and the Core Planning Team involved in the project. 19

This community is designed for members of the Regional Interagency Steering Committee (RISC), the states (AL, KY, GA, FL, MS, SC, NC, TN), and federal agencies in FEMA IV to collaborate and share best practices and lessons learned in support of regional information sharing capabilities. 62
FEMA Region X Regional Interagency Steering Committee GIS Subcommittee
FEMA Region X Regional Interagency Steering Committee (RISC) GIS Subcommittee. Region X states include: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. The purpose of the Subcommittee is to promote interagency geospatial data collaboration throughout the emergency management community, and to provide a common geospatial situational awareness structure for FEMA Region X, its EM partners and local communities. 39
FEMA Resource Allocation Workshop
Addressing the impacts of a catastrophic event requires extensive mitigation, response, and recovery planning and coordination between multiple states, regions, and whole community partners. . The RAW advances whole community planning efforts in preparation for a catastrophic event in order to understand the resources required to address the possible consequences and identify available resources from whole community partners that could be used assist in disaster operations. 6
